“We had an awesome time here. We went to Universal and walked to and from there every day, it was really close. The walk was really nice, not that long, and most importantly, not crowded at all and no line at security to City Walk. The room was great and beds were comfortable. There was a wonky bathroom doorknob and light switch, but that didn't really affect our stay at all. Everyone was super friendly. There was always someone waiting outside to open your car door or open the hotel door for you. They are always welcoming you back or wishing you a good day. Honestly I'm so impressed with this place. Plus, service was quick when you needed something brought to your room - and you can text them instead of call if you want. Will definitely be staying here again for another trip to Universal!”

“I was a guest at this DoubleTree for two nights. It is perfectly located for visitors to Universal Resort Orlando. Visitors are shuttled free of charge from the partner hotel to the park. My room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the amenities were up to date. The breakfast was delicious. Other highlights of the hotel include a pool, small Starbucks store and Avis station in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking is comparatively expensive at more than $20 per night.”
