We came in for a couple of drinks and snacks to soak up a bit of 'civilisation' after 3 days on a cargo boat across the Amazon. The style and design of the bar is very nice and has a welcoming atmosphere. Some of the cocktails we had were delicious (pisco sour, Jacky). Some feedback: the maki rolls were good but not spectacular (the menu said crab maki, while it was clearly surimi). There are some typos in the English menu, which could be easily corrected if a native English speaker would proof read. The deserts were hit and miss. We had caramel creme brulee, brownie with ice cream and the maracuya cheesecake. No one disliked their deserts, but no one was blown away neither. Nothing upsetting, we enjoyed our visit.. but for a Hilton hotel one expects perfection.

Not even one star worth! Be careful very noice Hotel and lots of music playing! It’s a party hotel! I don’t know why people have given good recommendations about this hotel as this place is very noisy! We arrived in a Saturday where they had a disco at 2 am in the morning. We ask in advanced that we wanted something quite as we came from a very long journey. For the noisy night they tried to give us a room up in the six floor, as we moved up from the second to six floor it smelled like Zigaretten 🚬. We returned to the second floor. The hotel tried to give us another room located to the Main Street where all the motor bikes and car noice come from. We decided to stay in the room with the direction to the pool. On the second day they had again loud music on for the guest at the pool. On the third day we work up in the morning an our room startet to smell like gasoline, the turned something on a the gas came to our room. We did not hat a great time!

Braulio at the front desk was super helpful both nights I checked in overnight for a stay after a week long retreat. Courteous and professional staff, arranged shuttle service both ways that made me feel safer than the unkown people outside demanding to give rides. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was refreshingly nice inside. Music is loud but that’s everywhere in Iquitos, good luck finding somewhere centrally located that is not. Bring a sound machine if it’s a major concern when staying anywhere in Iquitos.

I had a great time at this hotel! I went to iquitos for work matters hence I barely stepped out the facilities; the staff was very helpful and kind, everyone at all time (I was a bit grumpy one morning because of the wifi connection and the Manager helped me to get a better connection). The rooms are comfortable and fresh, you will have A/C which you will really need. Regarding the food; It's a 8/10 mainly because of my specific needs, if you are more into the "regular" hotel food my guess is that you will hive it a 10. My only complaint which I can't really complain about because I was communicated ex-ante is about the pool (maintenance during my stay). Also, I think a hotel like this MUST have at least a couple more equipments in the gym. Hope to see you soon, guys Cheers

October 15, I stayed with my Fun For Less Tour Group. The music by the swimming pool was extremely loud. Our room was up above the pool and we couldn't sleep because of the loud music. I called the front desk when the music didn't stop at 10:00 and I was told that it would turn off at 10:30. When the music didn't stop at 10:30, I called the front desk and I was told that it would turn off at 11:00. When the music didn't stop at 11:00, I called the front desk and I was told that it would turn off at 11:30. I called and asked to speak to the manager, and finally a lady at the front desk was able to get the music turned off at 11:15. The next morning, I asked to speak to the manager and he apologized, but that didn't restore the sleep I lost when I had to get up at 5:30 am. He then took my information and said he would set up a Hilton account for me and deposit some credits. When I returned home, I discovered that the manager had not done as he promised.

Serviço de hotel Era decente para os padrões peruanos. A comida do restaurante do primeiro andar do hotel era deliciosa e o preço um pouco caro para os peruanos, mas parecia bom para os turistas. As instalações internas estavam arrumadas e a piscina interna era agradável.

Este hotel é incrível. A equipe aqui é fabulosa. O hotel oferece um lugar limpo e luxuoso para chamar de lar quando você estiver visitando Iquitos. A comida e o buffet do bar são surpreendentes. This hotel is amazing. The staff here is fabulous. The hotel provides a clean and luxurious place to call home when you are visiting Iquitos. The food and buffet bar are amazing. The pool is spectacular. The staff was always ready to assist and meet my every need while I was visiting Iquitos. This is my favorite place to come to when in Iquitos. I give this hotel 5 stars!

You'd expect more but hotel it's just ok. Renovated under the DoubleTree by Hilton brand does not quite live up to the expectations of Honor members. Front Desk Service needs lots and lots of improvement. Restaurant is a bit better.

High quality hotel aside Plaza de Armas. I'd been in others before, this one is probably the best in Iquitos. Clean and comfortable, service is instant.

This place is an absolute respite from the heat and humidity of Iquitos. It stands out strangely from the rest of the dilapidated buildings as the only modern, clean facility around. When you walk in, it's like you entered another world. Again, extremely modern, with all the amenities one would expect in a first world country. It has a beautiful pool, and the rooms are lovely. I knocked off one star because the shower water didn't heat up for me. My boyfriend got hot water after me, though, which was great for him.
