Excelente atendimento e conforto. Suites extremamente espaçosas, ginásio adequado e uma piscina tranquila e banheira de hidromassagem.Apreciei que o serviço de manobrista era sempre rápido e atencioso quando eu precisava de algo do carro (como a comida de cachorro que deixei no porta-luvas) e que eles tornavam a movimentação do canil e da bagagem sem complicações.Também foi especial para mim poder trazer meu cachorro de 14 anos comigo no meu aniversário, já que não teremos muitos anos mais juntos.

Excelente servicio y comodidad. Suites extremadamente espaciosas, gimnasio adecuado y una tranquila piscina y jacuzzi.Aprecié que el servicio de aparcacoches siempre fuera rápido y servicial cuando necesitaba algo del automóvil (como la comida para perros que dejé en la guantera) y que hicieron que mover una perrera y el equipaje fuera sin problemas.También fue especial para mí poder traer a mi perro de 14 años conmigo en mi cumpleaños, ya que no tendremos tantos años juntos.

Excellent service and comfort. Extremely spacious suites, adequate gym, and a peaceful pool and hot tub. I appreciated that the valet service was always quick and accommodating when I needed something from the car (like the dog food I left in the glove box) and that they made moving a kennel and luggage around hassle free. It was also special to me that I was able to bring my 14 year old dog with me on my birthday since we won't get that many more years together.

Prathoo na recepção foi especialmente confortável quando encontramos um problema com o nosso quarto atribuído. Ele garantiu que eu ficasse feliz com um novo quarto no dia seguinte, mostrando-me dois quartos alternativos.Se eu tivesse que fazer um detalhamento e encontrar avaria, diria que para um lindo hotel como este, a área do lobby de entrada é um pouco nada assombroso. Eu teria esperado por um espaço maior ... e para continuar com minha crítica, eu também limparia a visão desordenada dos cabos de extensão elétrica no balcão do concierge.O pessoal aqui foi ótimo no geral! Cinco estrelas!

Prathoo at front desk was especially accommodating when we encountered an issue w/our assigned room. He made sure I was happy with a new room the next day by showing me two alternate ones. If I had to nitpick and find fault, I'd say for a beautiful hotel as this, the entrance lobby area is a bit underwhelming. I would have hoped for a grander space...and to continue on w/my critique, I'd also clean-up the cluttered view of electrical extension cords at the concierge desk. The folks here were great overall! Five Stars!

Primeira vez lá… a comida era incrível. Aqui está o retrocesso ... tivemos uma caminhada difícil para casa. Eles nos ofereceram uma carona. Nosso motorista, Tommy, foi tão gentil. Não tínhamos dinheiro para dar uma gorjeta, mas vamos compensar (e nenhuma gorjeta era esperada). Obrigado Viceroy pelo serviço incrível !!!

Primera vez allí ... la comida fue increíble. Aquí está el truco ... tuvimos una caminata cuesta arriba a casa. Nos ofrecieron llevarnos. Nuestro conductor, Tommy, fue tan dulce. No teníamos dinero en efectivo para darle propina, pero se lo compensaremos (y no se esperaba ninguna propina). ¡Gracias Viceroy por un servicio increíble!

First time there…food was amazing. Here’s the kicker…we had an uphill walk home. They offered us a ride. Our driver, Tommy, was so sweet. We had no cash to tip him, but we will make it up to him( and, no tip was expected). Thank you Viceroy for amazing service!!!

Todo mundo é incrivelmente legal e é um lugar lindo, no entanto, há uma advertência importante que imagino que não afetará a maioria das pessoas, mas preciso mencionar porque isso arruinou minha experiência.O lugar é rico e todos são ricos. O rack de agachamento tinha uma variedade muito estranha de pesos e não espere fazer nada acima de 250 libras porque simplesmente não há pesos suficientes.Diferente dessas questões o lugar era muito bom como seria de esperar.

Todos son increíblemente agradables y es un lugar hermoso, sin embargo, hay una advertencia importante que imagino que no afectará a la mayoría de las personas, pero de todos modos debo mencionar porque arruinó mi experiencia.El lugar es rico y todos son ricos. Yo mismo no soy muy rico y me estaba quedando con un amigo. Quería aparcar mi propio coche pero no me dejaron. Tuve que usar su servicio de aparcacoches, que era técnicamente gratuito, pero se prevé una propina. Esto puede sumarse rápidamente si tiene un presupuesto limitado.El gimnasio también está bastante vacío, pero es mejor que el de un hotel típico. Sin embargo, el bastidor de sentadillas tenía una variedad de pesos muy extraña y no espere hacer nada por encima de las 250 libras porque simplemente no hay suficientes pesos.Aparte de esos problemas, el lugar era muy agradable, como era de esperar.

Everyone is incredibly nice and its a beautiful place, however, there is one major caveat that I imagine wont affect most people but I nonetheless need to mention because it ruined my experience. The place is wealthy and everyone there is wealthy. I myself am not very wealthy and was staying with a friend. I wanted to park my own car but they would not let me. I had to use their valet service which was technically free but a tip is anticipated. This can add up quickly if you're on a budget. The gym is also fairly unequipped but better than your typical hotel. The squat rack had very strange assortment of weights though and do not expect to be doing anything over around 250lbs because there simply is not enough weights. Other than those issue the place was very nice as you would expect.

Não vale a pena o dinheiro que você paga! Fui aqui pela minha primeira vez em Aspen e é muito caro, mas nem vale a pena. Meu parceiro e eu normalmente ficamos em hotéis 4-5 estrelas e isso não fez o corte. Há uma taxa de entrega para o serviço de quarto selvagem, também o manobrista é de US $ 50 por noite, o que normalmente não seria um problema no inverno, mas no verão posso estacionar meu próprio carro ou ter a opção de pagar, quando ligamos para eles para ter o carro pronto, ninguém estava lá. O quarto não era como descrito, não tínhamos banheira e não havia ventilação no banheiro. Ainda por cima, eles permitem cães no hotel. Eu nunca vi isso antes em um estabelecimento de classe alta. O cachorro latiu a noite toda e fez do dia seguinte um inferno. Bem como o AC foi quebrado por duas noites e tivemos que ligar várias vezes para a. No geral, eu não recomendaria ou voltaria.

Not worth the money you pay! Went here for my first time in Aspen and it is so overpriced but not even worth it. My partner and I typically stay at 4-5 star hotels and this did not make the cut. There is a delivery fee for room service wild, also the valet is $50 a night, that typically wouldn’t be a problem in the winter but in the summer I can park my own car or have the option to pay, when we called them to have the car ready no one was even there. The room was not as described we didn’t have a tub and there was no vent in the bathroom. To top it off they allow dogs in the hotel. I’ve never seen that before in a higher class establishment. The dog was barking all night and made my next day hell. As well as the AC was broken for two nights and we had to call multiple times for a. Overall I would not recommend or go back.

Friendly & welcoming staff. Very kind to dogs. Modern, spacious room. Fine gym, two spacious hot tubs. I had a great time here. Would love to come back in the winter for a ski in, ski out stay!

No momento, estamos no segundo dia de uma estadia de cinco dias de última hora no Viceroy em Snowmass. Uma tempestade de neve especial no final de abril tornou o esqui simplesmente mágico, mas o serviço e as comodidades deste hotel especial tornaram nossa viagem verdadeiramente fantástica. O gerente, Darren Green, realmente acolheu nossa família muito além de nossas expectativas. We are currently on day number two of a last minute five day stay at the Viceroy in Snowmass.A special late April snow storm has made skiing simply magical, but the service and amenities of this special hotel have made our trip truly fantastic. The Manager, Darren Green, has truly welcomed our family far beyond our expectations. Such efforts are far more than great service, it's a personal touch by an individual who clearly understands outstanding service towards clients. Stay at this hotel as many times as you can - you will not regret it!
