“There are actually TWO Westin Hotels on top of the large Galleria shopping centre in Houston - the Westin Oaks and this one, the Westin Galleria. In my experience the Westin Galleria is a bit more modern and upscale than the Oaks, although they are priced quite similar. In any case, the main advantage of both of these is that they are connected to the Galleria mall, opening up a plethora of shopping and dining opportunities. Elevator traffic can be slowish as in many high-rise hotels. Rooms are large and well appointed.”

“Room was spacious. Bed and bed sheets were comfortable. Hotel is connected to mall so very convenient Towels and bed sheets all had stains Some towels had leftover lipstick on them and blood Location has a lot of traffic”
