“Me gusta alojarme en este hotel cuando vengo a la ciudad. Mi habitación siempre está limpia. Y el personal es amable. No soy fanático del desayuno continental y la primera vez que nos alojamos allí había muy pocas opciones. Pero como dije, no soy del tipo de dama que desayuna continental. En su mayoría es muy tranquilo y está convenientemente ubicado lo suficientemente cerca de Illinois y una buena parte de Indiana.”

“Our stay was not good first when I got there the rate I was quote was not given and I asked how much was incidental fees the guy said he didn’t know so that was bad. And then we get to our room our tub had mold on it. The bathroom door had pee stains on it.We ran out of towels were told that they didn’t have any clean so When I called back about the towels I was told I would have to wait until they got dry.Through out that it was kids running down the hall and my kids were accused. They were in the room with me when they were told not to come out the room anymore. We had police knocking on our door it was just bad.The kids were scared after that.If I could have found another hotel that was available I would have left.The pool was not working. I took pictures and went to the front desk Sunday morning and was told I will tell the manager. When I called the manager she was really unprofessional because she said I already was told of your complaint”
