Desde que chegamos, o atendimento tem sido primoroso. Mesmo em situação de emergência devido ao alarme de incêndio,os atendentes foram cuidadosos e nos orientaram até a chegada da guarnição dos bombeiros. As encomendas recebidas pelo correio foram entregues logo que chegaram. O wi-fi funciona bem apesar de algumas dificuldades para configura-lo. Os quartos sempre limpos e bem aparelhados com camas confortáveis. Vindo novamente aqui eu tenho um lugar aprazível para me hpspedar.

Hotel sólido, quartos limpos que são bons o suficiente. Travesseiros extraordinariamente macios, não no bom sentido (imo). Como se dificilmente estivessem lá. Eu traria o seu próprio ou estaria preparado para dobrar e empilhar travesseiros.A equipe foi super amigável, eles deram biscoitos gratuitamente enquanto você fez o check-in. Parecia que o bar era bom, bem como a área da piscina coberta. É bastante grande, com muitas espreguiçadeiras e a água estava limpa.

Este hotel foi uma ótima parada no meio do caminho para nós no caminho para a família durante toda a pandemia e agora, espero, além.Em uma parada, deixei uma blusa e ela ainda estava lá semanas depois, quando vim buscá-la. A equipe é super agradável cada vez.O bar e o restaurante estão abertos o tempo todo, mesmo que apenas para viagem durante os piores momentos.Esta noite, Brandon era muito experiente e super legal. Foi ótimo ver as pessoas no bar/restaurante novamente!Tentámos outros hotéis na área, esta é agora a nossa paragem “ir para”.

Solid hotel, clean rooms that are nice enough. Pillows extraordinarily soft, not in a good way (imo). Like they are hardly there. I'd bring your own or be prepared to fold and stack pillows. The staff was super friendly, they gave out cookies for free while you checked in. It appeared the bar was nice as well as is the indoor pool area. It's quite large with many lounge chairs and the water was clean.

This hotel has been a great halfway stop for us on the way to family all through the pandemic and now, hopefully, beyond. One stop I left a blouse and it was still there weeks later when I came to pick it up. The staff are super nice each time. The bar and restaurant have been open the whole time, if only for take-out during the of worst times. Tonight, Brandon was very knowledgeable and super nice. It was great to see people in the bar/restaurant again! We have tried other hotels in the area, this is now our “go to” stop.

A equipe foi decente, eles não nos disseram onde era o quarto e era do outro lado do prédio, então havia muita caminhada desnecessária. Os quartos eram fantásticos, pareciam limpos, modernos e muito bons. Localização poderia ter sido melhor, pois este lugar está escondido, mas estava a uma curta distância de um restaurante mexicano, então não é tão ruim.

The staff was decent, they didn't tell us where the room was and it was on the other side of the building so there was a lot of unnecessary walking. Rooms were fantastic, they felt clean, modern and very good. Location could have been better, as this place is tucked away but it was walking distance from a Mexican restaurant so not so bad.

Wonderful staff.Nice clean quiet rooms.Good parking area.Close to shops and large restaurants, interstate and events.Restaurant is excellent,even in a pinch they are so great.The bartenders are amazing.John is great! Highly recommend this hotel.

Ao fazer o check-in minha chave digital não funcionou, tive que esperar a recepcionista perceber que eu estava na frente para ela vir e me dar um cartão-chave que não funcionou. A manutenção teve que me encontrar no meu quarto para colocar novas baterias no leitor de chaves. Meu banheiro não foi limpo e, quando notifiquei a equipe, a observação foi feita, então corri para o alvo para corrigir a situação. Então meu chuveiro não drenou. Eu não conseguia nem tomar banho sem transbordar a banheira. Novamente, quando notifiquei a equipe duas vezes, nada foi feito a respeito. Para um hotel Hilton este foi o último da linha.

Upon checking in my digital key didn’t work, I had to wait on the receptionist to notice I was standing at the front for her to come over and give me a key card that didn’t work. Maintenance had to meet me at my room to put new batteries in the key reader. My toilet wasn’t cleaned and when I notified staff noting was done so I ran to target to fix the situation. Then my shower didn’t drain. I couldn’t even shower without over flowing the tub. Again when I notified staff twice nothing was done about it. For a Hilton hotel this was bottom of the line.

Quarto muito bonito. Incrível energia e paixão do atendente da recepção Gigi. Realmente fez o nosso dia. Jennifer também tentou o seu melhor para nos colocar em um quarto com banheira, mas alguns problemas técnicos impediram que 5 estrelas por seu serviço e comportamento acolhedor também.O banheiro poderia usar uma exaustão melhor e o centro de fitness poderia usar alguns tapetes de chão/ioga. Seria bom se a equipe pudesse adivinhar se eles gostariam de um quarto com luz natural das janelas ou não. Os quartos com janelas voltadas para a piscina ficam mais escuros o dia todo.

Habitación muy bonita. Increíble energía y pasión de la recepcionista Gigi. Realmente hizo nuestro día. Jennifer también hizo todo lo posible para llevarnos a una habitación con bañera, pero algunos problemas técnicos lo impidieron, así que 5 estrellas por su servicio y comportamiento acogedor también.Al baño le vendría bien un escape mejor y al gimnasio le vendrían bien algunas colchonetas de suelo/yoga. Sería bueno si el personal pudiera preguntar si les gustaría una habitación con luz natural desde las ventanas o no. Las habitaciones con ventanas que dan a la piscina permanecen más oscuras todo el día.

Very pretty room. Amazing energy and passion of the front desk attendant Gigi. It really made our day. Jennifer also tried her best to get us into a room with a bath tub but some tech issues prevented that so 5 stars for her service and welcoming behavior as well. The bathroom could use a better exhaust and the fitness center could use some floor/yoga mats. It would be nice if the staff could ask guess whether they would like a room with a natural light from the windows or not. The rooms with Windows facing the pool stay darker all day.

Great hotel enorme lobby com ótimo bar. Nice inclui piscina aquecida com cadeira para deficientes à esquerda. Toneladas de espaço para sentar na área da piscina. Extra grande Sala de musculação/sala de fitness. Tenha um pequeno problema e a gerência estava no topo imediatamente para se certificar de que fomos atendidos. Self é muito sincero e sempre disposto a ajudar. Bar estava sobrecarregado devido à quantidade de pessoas. O hotel está totalmente esgotado. Bar restaurante com acomodações ao máximo as crianças comem de graça. Estacionamento no local. Os quartos são muito espaçosos definitivamente aproveite esta estadia. Localização central bela área. Amor para voltar novamente. Ótimo preço especialmente para essa área e em um fim de semana com toneladas de outros hotéis ao redor. Bom trabalho!

Vamos começar com uma nota positiva. Ele tem uma fantástica piscina e área de lounge que eu não usei. A sala de ginástica é importante para mim e tem problemas que precisam ser resolvidos. Quando informei a recepção sobre o sistema de refrigeração, me disseram que ele estava inativo há algum tempo. Meu escritório reserva minhas acomodações, então, quando fiz o check-in e me encontrei em um quarto acessível para deficientes, tentei alterá-lo e me disseram que não poderia porque foi reservado por terceiros. Eu não sou deficiente e não queria tirar isso de alguém que realmente precisava. O quarto, 113, era mal iluminado, mas tinha um chuveiro para cadeirantes. Eu já fiquei neste estabelecimento antes e tive uma experiência melhor, mas parece que deu um passo para trás.

Gran vestíbulo enorme del hotel con un gran bar. Niza incluye piscina climatizada con silla para minusválidos a la izquierda. Toneladas de espacio para sentarse en el área de la piscina. Sala de pesas/gimnasio extra grande. Tiene un pequeño problema y la administración estuvo al tanto de inmediato para asegurarse de que nos atendieran. Self es muy sincero y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El bar estaba sobrecargado de trabajo debido a la cantidad de gente. El hotel está completamente vendido. Bar restaurante con alojamiento al máximo los niños comen gratis. Estacionamiento en el sitio. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas definitivamente disfrutan de esta estancia. Ubicación central hermosa zona. Me encanta volver de nuevo. Excelente precio especialmente para esa área y en un fin de semana con muchos otros hoteles alrededor. ¡Gran trabajo!

Great hotel huge lobby with great bar. Nice includes heated pool with handicap chair left. Tons of space to sit in the pool area. Extra large Weight room/fitness room. Have one small problem and management was on top of it immediately to make sure that we were taken care of. Self is very sincere and always willing to help. Bar was overworked due to the amount of people. The hotel is fully sold out. Bar restaurant with accommodations to the max kids eat free. Parking on site. Rooms are very spacious definitely enjoy this stay. Central location beautiful area. Love to go back again. Great price especially for that area and on a weekend with tons of other hotels around. Great job!

Let's start on a positive note. It has a fantastic pool and lounge area of which I used neither. The fitness room is important to me and has issues that need to be addressed. When I let the front desk know about the cooling system, I was told that it has been down for a while. My office books my accommodations so when I checked in and found myself in a handicap accessible room, I tried to change it and was told that I couldn't because it was booked through a third party. I'm not handicap and didn't want to take it away from someone who truly needed it. The room, 113, was dimly lit but did have a roll in shower for someone who is wheelchair bound. I have stayed at this property before and had a better experience but it seems as though it has taken a step back.
