Our room was clean and very nice with a separation between the living room and bedroom. Good free breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff. They also use refillable bottles for shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Hooray!

Stayed for 3 nights (Friday-Monday) in town for Vikings game. Overall it was ok. Kid friendly, decent breakfast, small pool. A couple drawbacks staying there is that the lobby is up a few levels via elevator so we were really confused about where to go. Inside the hotel they have a very open floor plan so most of the hotel rooms open out to a large bar/cafeteria like area. If you get rooms in the corners of the hotel you can avoid the open floor plan. Inside the hotel room the is a living room area before you get to the beds so you can’t really hear any noise from the open bar area. The soundproofing is pretty good but I also use white noise at night. They are pretty good about the hotel being quiet starting at 10 which is when bar/food close. The beds and pillows are kind of lumpy. A real positive was being able to take the skyway right from the hotel to the stadium. We were able to leave our coats, etc. in the room. The price was right.

Overall, the hotel and rooms were dated. The bed was comfortable enough but there were marks on the furniture, walls, and carpets. My room smelled of smoke that persisted throughout my stay. I assume someone in another room was smoking and it consistently came through to my room. My coworker who I was travelling with had blood stains on her carpet when she arrived. But...the worst part was the temperature. Apparently the entire hotel is set to "heat mode" so you have no control over the rooms' individual temperatures. One of our rooms was 73 and the other 78. This never changed and adjusting the thermostat did nothing. The hotel is aware of this and said there's nothing they can do. So...unless you are looking for sweltering heat in the Minnesota fall/winter, this hotel is not for you.

Room temp was 75 the entire night because management decided to shut off the room AC before Oct 19. Hotel policy says AC to be shut off Nov. 1st. My wife, 4 year old, and I couldn’t sleep with a hot room and stagnate air. The front desk staff was nice but had no solution or help from management. Also bar soap for hand washing in the room was not available because it’s been on “back order” for months. Beautiful hotel but the management or property owner seem to be cutting cost at guest comfort expense. Will never stay here again.

Staff was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful, they make you feel very welcome and comfortable. And the breakfast in the morning is amazing and everything is fresh and they have so many options and they also accommodate food allergies because I am lactose but they had almond milk. The pool was amazing and I had it all to myself. I literally don't have one negative thing to say
