“Nice facility, great location downtown. Not going to sleep well though. It's on the street of the light rail which goes all day and night. Walls are paper thin. I'm hearing one guy cough in the room by my feet and the other guy on the phone at 5am in the room up by my head. Hard pass”

“Amazing hotel experience. The rooms are slightly above average, and yes the gym is under construction (not my favorite) however the level of customer service made up for all of it. The manager Robby at the front even went as far to learn how to make my favorite Starbucks drink! I will definitely be staying here next time I visit SLC. Thanks Robby and the Hyatt team!
