“Great value for a buck! Staff is very helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and good sized. LOCATION!!! I strongly recommend to get breakfast included in your reservation since they have a nice set up upstairs, various options for food and drinks (including freshly squeezed juices and mimosas 😉).”

“The first day was amazing, i got offered the best help and care possible by Ek, who is really a professional in terms of hospitality! However, after spending a couple of days here I noticed the roomservice can be really hard to reach sometimes and the bar downstairs has very limited access, it's just there for the view lol. I've been trying to get some tea for like 2 hours now and when i call the front office, they say call the restaurant, but then they don't answer... bit of a bummer. The rest is ok though, love the location and the shower is really nice. Also the housekeeping is really friendly but i expect more from a NH collection, the regular NH in Cancún was much more organized in terms of service.”
