Recommended. We have now been there for the second time in a year, second time for two weeks. And we will definitely come back again. Without the use of superlatives: very good in its class, good price, good meals, clean, informal, good staff, quiet, (well) regular performances in the evening until 11 pm. Large hotel, yet intimate, Well located, just outside the center. Central on the island and therefore a good base. Functional, but somewhat dated and you should not have mobility problems due to the height differences on the hotel grounds. Very slow wifi unfortunately, make sure you can make hotspot. Hotel car park now 5 euros per day.

Hotel is greatly located on a hill with nice view to Puerto de La Cruz. It's so surrounded by really big and comfort garden in which you can be lost when visiting for the first time. Breakfasts are good. Quite crowded but it's a quite big hotel. Rooms are okay, nothing fancy but comfortable enough. The only miss is that hotel allows people to smoke on balconies. That means, the smoke is going everywhere and if you are a non-smoker, that is very annoying. Suggestion to the staff, please forbid to smoke there and prepare some place for smokers outside the hotel. Except that I can recommend the place.

A really nice hotel for the price. Great selection of food at breakfast. The staff were great and friendly. The only negative was the location although there is a free bus to and from the nearest shopping area and beach.

Hotel beautiful with a huge garden, swimming pool and mini gym. Really well based. The food was delicious and lovely staff around - reception, restaurant. The best choice I could ever made. Definitely recommend to people.

Nice room, great food & service and to make things even better- good prices. Terrific gardens. Downside is you have to purchase TV remote? and location is on the steep side. But worth trying.

Wonderful hotel, you have everything you need here and more. The breakfast buffet is such a vast selection I was unable to try everything in a week. The room we had also incorporated a small kitchen and fridge. The view was amazing with direct view to the hills and the volcano Teide. Every single member of staff from housekeeping to reception was lovely, special mention goes to Laura from reception who was really helpful, and the friendly gentleman checking us in in the middle of the night, but the restaurant staff also does a great job, it's not easy to cater for this amount of people. We would definitely return.
