“For us, it was better than the Grand and Moon Palace. We like the water... clear water and snorkeling/scuba. Cannot bear Cozumel Palace for this. The waters are clear and arguably one of the best in the world, it helps that you can use your resort credits for scuba and snorkeling too. We came back to Mexico and stayed at Grand/Moon, while the resort was nicer/bigger, the water was lack luster. Cozumel Palace FTW!”

“Food and service here are always top notch. Great all inclusive packages including alcohol. Some hits and misses on the food as they learn to cope with the Covid protocols, but always felt safe and well taken care of. If you are a scuba diver, the boats are running, and the reefs are healthy. Get off the couch and go! 😁”
