“Charly was amazing to my family and I. He truly seemed to care about our safety and well-being. He was more than willing to go over and beyond for us just to ensure we had the most enjoyable vacation possible. Wendy especially and the entire activities team were also so friendly and they took a day at the pool to a whole new level of fun. This resort is great for families of all ages, and there’s always something new to do and explore! I highly recommend it especially the Del Mar part of the resort, it seemed to be the most relaxing and friendly environment! But overall I think Charly and Wendy deserve a pay raise, the hardest and most willing workers I’ve ever seen!!”

“This was a nice vacation. Not my favorite place to come but the staff was nice. The check in was difficult. To many rules. When we checked in they told every thing we could not do. It was a great time with my daughter no no matter what.. Lucia was fantastic. She was my favorite staff! She is so personable.”
