“Great place with so much to do! The entertainment staff is so friendly. We had the pleasure of meeting Axel at the pool and he is great! We will definitely come back!”

“Had a great time! The staff were all incredible, the food and drinks were delicious. We saw different animals throught the resort, which was cool. Downfall were guests feeding coati when they were supposed to so at times we had to shew them away, which wasn't a big deal. The activities were a blast! Staff we specifically had a great time with were: Giovanni, Lazaro, Rita, Sergio, Carlos and Axel. From concierge, bartenders, housekeeping, food service, everyone at the pool, and those who provided golf cart rides were wonderful! Our only suggestions would be improving shower heads and the fan was noisy at times in our room. The hotel provids complimentary COVID-19 testing we recieved our results via email within 2 hours. No one approached us regarding time share or pushing us to buy excursions. Overall, I highly recommended and would definitely come back again!”
